Helping Hand Saigon – making a difference where the difference is felt

Helping Hand Saigon is a group of local Vietnamese, overseas Vietnamese and ex-pats united in their commitment to making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged people in Vietnam.

Whether it’s painting an old lady’s house, cooking spaghetti for orphans, supporting a business start-up or renovating a house for children with cancer, Helping Hand Saigon believes in making it personal by working predominantly with small groups and individuals. Our hands-on approach makes the work we do especially rewarding to our volunteers as well as to the people whose lives we touch.

Helping Hand Saigon was established in April 2010 by a group of overseas Vietnamese and ex-pats motivated to donate their time, resources and expertise to improve the situation of disadvantaged communities in Vietnam. Helping Hand Saigon now has 100 members and is growing rapidly. Please get in touch if you would like to lend a helping hand too.

How can I help?

Make a donation
• Projects are made possible by the generosity of our sponsors as well as funds raised at our events. Your donation can make a big difference to the success of Helping Hand Saigon’s work!

Become a sponsor
• Helping Hand needs corporate and individual sponsors to support its projects. Sponsorship can be in the form of monetary donations, donation of company products and services, involvement of company staff, use of company premises etc.
• Helping hand will publish the sponsor company details in its marketing materials and publicity.

Become a volunteer
• Our greatest asset is our volunteers – their commitment, expertise and motivation for changing people’s lives.
